City Of Cape Town Municipality Facility Manager Hiring Requirements:-

Requirements
• A relevant B Tech or First Degree qualification (e.g. Landscape
Architecture, Landscape Management, Horticulture, Built
Environment, relevant to the Facility Management discipline.
• 8 years’ relevant experience at an appropriate level in a facility
management environment, with well-developed project
management skills, sound knowledge of relevant legislation and
its application in this context.
• At least five (5) years’ appropriate supervisory experience.
• Relevant experience in a contract management environment in
local/government will be advantageous
• Relevant experience in a supply chain management demand
planning environment will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.
• Prepared to work weekends and public holidays
• Must be physically fit.
• A valid code B/EB drivers’ licence and availability of own motor
vehicle.
