Drakenstein Municipality Survey Technician Hiring Requirements:-

• National Diploma in Surveying (NQF Level 6)
  OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
  • Knowledge and understanding of land surveying, town planning and related principles and legislation
  • Code EB driver’s license (with the ability to drive a manual-geared vehicle)
  • Computer literacy (Ms Office Applications, AutoCAD, GIS)
  • Good human relations, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape
  • Good report writing skills
  • Eligible to register as a Geomatic Technician with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) in terms of
  the Geomatics Profession Act, 2013 (Act 19 of 2013)
