Sarah Baartman Municipality Human Resources Officer Hiring Requirements:-

•  Degree in Human Resources on an NQF Level 7 • Minimum of
  three (3) years’ generalist human resources experience related to Industrial Relations,
  Occupational Health and Safety, Training and Skills development, Personnel and benefit
  administration, Recruitment and Selection, Performance management, HR Compliance,
  as well as supervisory experience • Good planning and Communication skills at all levels
  is essential • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a unionised environment
  • Proven negotiation and good interpersonal skills • Knowledge and application of SAGE
  VIP HR system will be an added advantage • Computer knowledge particularly MS Office
  packages is essential • Proficiency in at least two [2] official languages predominantly
  spoken in the municipality area of jurisdiction will be a strong recommendation
  • Supervising of staff and provision of advice to divisional personnel and line managers
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with disciplinary hearings, grievances
  and appeals • A code EB valid Driver’s License is essential.
