Theewaterskloof Municipality Labour Relations Officer Hiring Requirements:-




    

  • The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Three (3) year Diploma in Human Resources or Labour Relations (NQF6). 2 – 5
    
years relevant experience. A valid driver’s license. The envisage candidate must also have excellent investigative and report writing skills
    
together with considerable knowledge of the procedures, practices and techniques used in collective bargaining and labour management
    
negotiations. Computer literate. Communications skills in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages in the Western Cape, namely
    
English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. Applicants must also have the ability to communicate on all levels.
