Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Vacancies Qualification
- B.A. in Social Work (Honours).
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Services Professions
- The EAP course is an added benefit.

Employee Assistance Programmes Officer purpose
Aligning and implementing Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), strategy and objectives, through consultation and participation of internal forums/committees. Developing and updating EAP policies, practices and programmes, planning and program design, individual counseling, formulating guidelines and maintaining HIV/AIDS programmes, providing management information and evaluating quality and adequacy approved external interventions to develop the capacity and capability for programmes.
Candidates may be required to undergo a variety of tests as part of the recruitment process. These include pre-employment screenings, medical exams, security checks and psychometric assessments.
