Requirements for Researcher Positions
- A relevant tertiary degree
- Minimum of 5 to 8 appropriate years of experience in research environments related to community development and/or social welfare
- Experience in a managerial role is an advantage
- Computer Literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transport

- Leads and manages projects, coordinates activities, develops plans, and implements them
- Departmental cross-cutting research programmes and projects.
- Participates in different forums and communities
- Structures involving multiple organizations and players
- Conducts investigations and research to collect data
- Complete projects.
- Monitors the progress and pace of a project.
- Implementing change management strategies is appropriate
- Each project deserves a different approach
- Conducts market research in relation to the services offered
- Communicates internally and with external clients
- ensures stakeholder management
- Monitors the implementation and marketing of products
- Communication functions and raises awareness
- Understanding and goodwill both internal and externally
- Responsible for managing the assigned business.

- Develops and manages the Human Resources in the Unit
