Job Description
Dis-Chem Laguna Mall, Langebaan is looking for Frontshop Assistants who will uphold Dis-Chem’s merchandising and customer service standards at the point of sale.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 – Matriculation or Senior Certificate
- 0 – 6 Months Retail work experience
- Retail experience of 1 year
- Retail Business Management Certification
Competencies
- Retail operations and administration knowledge
- Find solutions to problems and know when and how to escalate them.
- Understanding basic arithmetic like addition, subtraction and multiplication.
- Uses language to convey ideas and facts
- Answers questions from customers in a timely fashion
- Recognizes the need for procedures, and follows them.
- Has little supervision and takes personal responsibility for quality and deadlines.
