City of Johannesburg Municipality Transport Planning Specialist Hiring Requirements:-

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric plus a Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning or Traffic Engineering (NQF
level 7);
• 3 years’ experience in Traffic & Transport Engineering field with at least 2 years in
Transport Planning;
• Understanding of first principles in transport planning;
• Basic understanding of Traffic Engineering;
• Basic understanding of transport models
• Knowledge of Transport legislation and Transport Policy, Transport guidelines;
• Experience in local government will be advantageous.
