Requirements
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Legal/Public
Administration/Public Development and Management degree
which will serve as an advantage, coupled with proven
leadership and management experience at a senior level
• At least eight (8) years’ local government experience with a focus
on community development
• Extensive project and programme management experience
• Sound knowledge of local government legislation and legislation
applicable to the public services, in general
• Ability to lead and interface public participatory processes
• A valid Code B driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
