Cape Town Municipality Revenue Customer Interaction Head Hiring Requirements:-
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, BTech or Advanced Diploma.
- 8 years’ relevant experience and specialised knowledge of revenue management with at least 5 years in a senior position managing staff.
- MFMA Municipal Minimum Competency (at least 15-unit standards completed). Alternatively, the successful candidate will be expected to attain such within 18 months after the appointment.
- Extensive knowledge and exposure to Local Government legislation, policies and service delivery obligations.
- In depth knowledge of municipal debtors, Revenue administration, customer service, the City’s Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy as well as the Cash Receipting Procedures and requirements.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications with Advanced Excel and SAP.
- Excellent oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
- A valid EB/B/C driver’s licence.
