Emalahleni Municipality Revenue And Expenditure Manager Hiring Requirements:-

REQUIREMENTS : • Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum qualification : National Diploma in Accounting (NQF Level 6) or Preferable a B Degree qualification in Commerce (NQF Level 7) with accounting 3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue or Expenditure management in Local Government environment, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. Applicant must have a minimum competency certificate in Municipal Finance Management programme (MFMP/CPMD), and or must complete the certificate within 18 months from date of appointment. • Good understanding of the Municipal Finance Management Act, National Treasury Regulations, Municipal ordinances, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Taxation and any other related legislative requirements. Computer literacy (Excel, word, outlook, presentation, etc. Valid Driver’s licence.
