Cape Town Municipality Head Asset Care Hiring Requirements:-
• BSc/BTech/Advance Diploma/B Engineering Degree: Mechanical/ Electrical.
• Relevant Certification and Competency such as Certified Reliability Engineer and Certified Asset Management Assessor (ISO55000 implementation requirement).
• 8 years and above years of experience in asset management or maintenance field within relevant industry.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) like SAP PM – SAP MM.
• Experience with FMEA (failure mode effect & analysis), RCM (reliability centred maintenance) and MRO management.
• Proven track record in leading teams and personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications and SAP PM).
• A valid Code EB (08) driver’s licence.
