Saldanha Bay Municipality Administrative Officer Hiring Requirements:-

Grade 12 • 5 years’ relevant experience in
administrative field of which 3 years must be within local government • Computer literacy
(MS Office) • Valid code B driver’s license • Good communication skills in two of the three
official Western Cape languages • Good eyesight • Good hearing ability • Mentally fit and
healthy to perform duties • Knowledge of admin processes and procedures • Knowledge of
local government environment • Knowledge of municipality’s committee and meeting
procedures and protocol • Ability to work under pressure with timeliness of agenda and
minutes • Ability to provide committee secretarial support through the application of laid
down procedures •Knowledge of activities associated with secretarial duties, efficient office
management.
