Moqhaka Local Human Resources Manager Hiring Requirements:-

Grade 12 (Matric)
• Bachelor’s degree/B-Tech in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
8 years working experience in Human Resources preferably within a local
government environment (3 years of experience must be at managerial level)
• Knowledge of Payday systems
• Knowledge of Municipal Staff Regulations, BCEA, Collective Agreements, LRA , OHS
Acts and all applicable legislations within local Government.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Power Point & Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal relations skills
• A valid driver’s license
