Saldanha Bay Local Municipality Construction Electrician Hiring Requirements:-

• Applicants must be in possession of a: N3 certificate in Electrical Engineering (Heavy current) •
  Qualified electrician three phase (Trade Test) • Must be an Installation Electrician as defined in the
  Installation Regulations of the OHAS Act • Code C1 driver’s license with PRDP however Code EC1
  must be obtained within 6 months of appointment • 5 Ton Crane licence must be obtained within 6
  months of appointment • 1 year municipal electrical experience will be an added advantage • 2 years’
  experience in high voltage( 11KV) operations and recommended to have operating experience up to
  66KV • Good communication skills in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
