OR Tambo District Municipality Programme Manager Hiring Requirements:-

• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6/7).
  Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  4 Years relevant experienceRelevant post graduate qualification (NQF 8).
  5 Years relevant experience.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Assist with strategic planning exercises for client, departments and organisations.
  Examine and advise of functions performed, business plans and methods and staffing needs.
  Examine and report on staffing assessments and method investigations of a post, a group of
  posts or a section.
  Co-ordinate projects and ad-hoc major projects including grading and placement, trasfer of
  staff, functions and assets.
  Design and plan new business systems involving computerisation and mechanisation.
  Keeping abreast of developments and changes and advise management.
  Examine and report on grading issues.
