Kouga Municipality Area Engineer Electrical Services Hiring Requirements:-
- Relevant NQF level 6 qualification in Electrical Engineering (Heavy current) as a Trade Tested Electrician;
- 4 years relevant experience in local government electrical networks;
- Code B driving license;
- Professional registration as well as Government certificate of Compliance will be an added advantage;
- Good knowledge of electricity processes in a local government environment;
- Computer literate;
- Sound knowledge of Electricity policies and procedures; Sound report writing and presentation skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Good supervisory skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa).
