- B. Com. Degree/Honours in Accounting orequivalent. No criminal record, 5-8 years’ managementexperience with 03 of those years being Revenue Manager in LocalGovernment, Knowledge of municipal systems. Computer literacyability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, andaccuracy when working with figures. Sound Municipal FinanceManagement knowledge including MFMA, GRAP, Treasuryregulations, Rates Act, Municipal Systems Act. Must have a driver’slicense.
