Garde 12. – National Diploma (Public Administration) will be an added advantage. – Computer Literate (MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint). – Valid driver’s licence. – Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, assertiveness, leadership, conflict and stress management, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, office management, strong administrative skills and writing and typing skills. – Attention to detail. – Project management skills. – Strong understanding of political / organisational policy, procedures, surrounds, and services related to ward committee operations and functions. – At least 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience pertaining to ward committee or other community related services/programs.
